Topi Tour Ltd will make every effort to ensure that all arrangements und services we offer are excellent and for your contentedness Topi Tours, provides safari services in Uganda and Rwanda, and by specific arrangement, in other neighboring Countries. The provision of our services is subject to the company’s General Terms and Conditions set out below, which clients/agents should read carefully as they set out the respective obligations of the company and clients/agents and form together with the booking confirmation and the safari programmers the basis of the contract between the two parties by accepting the company’s booking confirmation, the client/agent confirms.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions. Clients must accept that conditions in Africa are not the same as those in developed countries and standards of service, medical facilities, safety and security may be lower than those in their home countries. They should also be fit and healthy before travel.
Booking and Payment
Please fill out our reservation form for booking or contact us personally. All tour will be booked only upon a receipt of 30 % deposit.
After confirming your booking we need to reserve Gorilla- or Chimp permits a scan of your passport and the permits fees have be fully paid in advance.
The payment balance had to be paid not later than 1 month prior to the safari/tour. If the payment not received in time we have the right to cancel the booking.
Payment can be made either in EUR or US Dollars via International bank transfer.
Transactions fees are to be fully paid by the client. We running an EUR or US-Dollar account on Stanbic Bank Kampala SWIFT: SBICUGKXXXX
Our tour rates Included
Our rates quoted for all our tours includes, unless stated otherwise: Accommodation on full board basis in twin or double bedded rooms (Tents, Guesthouses, Bandas, Logdes or Hotels), all detailed features in the itinerary: airport transfer, transportation on ground, Game viewing, boat cruises, park entrance fees, other permits or sightseeing, mineral water in the car and an English peaking driver guide. For German speaking guide we will charge separately.
Excluded
Expenses like international or domestic air fare, vaccinations, passport and visa fees, drinks during meals, personal insurance, tips, porters during tracking or laundry will be not covered. Even parts of the program which are optional and not a part of the basic itinerary are not included. Refunds on Cancellation You can cancel your tour any time before starting but there will be cancellation charges. Liability
Topi Tours Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property.
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation/refund for unforeseen circumstances: flight delay, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, extreme weather conditions or technical/mechanical problems, breakdown on transportation.
We are strongly advice our clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling in Uganda or Rwanda.
We will not give any guarantee that requested animals will be seen, nature are not projectable, even for Gorilla or Chimp tracking we cannot guarantee plain and good sight to the apes.
If a hotel or Lodge is not available we reserve the right to substitute equivalent accommodation. Complains must be reported immediately on tour or after the tour to a Topi Tours representative into 1 week.
To improve our service please fill on our feedback reports which will be given by a Topi Tours representative at the end of the tour. Thank you for chosen Topi Tours for your journey to Africa.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the country in which the cause of action arise.
