Detailed itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Lake Mburo national park,
Upon arrival, you will be picked up by an English-speaking driver guide who will transfer you to Lake Mburo national park with a mini briefing about the entire trip. A stop over will be made at the Equator to see the water experiment, take pics and visit different art and crafts shops to see the handmade designs about the pearl of Africa. After, you will have lunch then continue to Lake Mburo national park. On arrival, you will check in at the lodges then rest a bit. Later in the evening, you will visit the local bahima, see their way of living and interact with them. Dinner at the lodge. Activities; Transfer, A visit to the bahima Local community and Game viewing Accommodation: Rwokobo rocks or Eagle nest Lodge
Day 2: Boat cruise and game drive
After an early morning breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up for an early morning game drive to have a clear view of richness of wildlife in Lake Mburo national park. During the scenic drive, you will spot different animals like giraffes, zebras,Topies and Ugandan kob. After the drive, you will drive back to the lodge and organize for a refreshing and relaxing boat cruise. Boat cruise normally starts at 2:00 pm, during the cruise, you get a chance of sighting different animals like crocodiles and hippos and different bird species, like African fish eagle and African finfoot. After the cruise you will return to the lodge. Dinner at the lodge Activities; Game Viewing and Boat Cruise Accommodation: Rwokobo rock midrange or Eagle nest Lodge- budget.
Day 3: Departure .
After an early morning breakfast, you will embark on your journey back to Kampala with a game drive to your exist.
