DAY 1: Airport Arrival and Transfer-Hotel On arrival at Entebbe International Airport and you will be met by our representative from Topi tours who doubles as your driver and guide, will drive you to Entebbe Town. Transfer to your hotel for overnight at Serena Hotel, The Boma Guest House/ Accacia lodge (BD)
DAY 2: Entebbe Town-Murchison Falls National Park-Vie Nakasongola Rhines Senctuary. After breakfast drive to Murchison falls vie Nakasongola Rhine senctaury for Rhine Trekking. Lunch en-route at Masindi town. After lunch proceed to Murchison falls. Visit the top of the falls an exciting point where millions of gallons of water squeeze in 7 meters gap with thunderous sound before falling down 50 meters forming placid river. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/Pakuba Lodge/ Sambiya lodge (FB).
DAY 3: Murchison Falls National Park. Early morning take game drive looking for wildlife. Murchison Falls is the largest national park in the country and harbors different flora and fauna. Your game drive in the morning with a Topi tour guide who will assist you to sight wild game in the northern bank of River Nile where concentrations of game are in common sight of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, lions leopards hyenas and many bird species are a common sight. After lunch in the afternoon go for a boat cruise on the famous River Nile up to the bottom of falls viewing variety of game that throng along banks of the river. Chances of sighting the shoe bill stork are many though not a guarantee and many more bird species continue up to the bottom of the falls where you will see animals like schools of hippos, crocodiles and many species of bird’s .Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge, Pakuba Safari lodge/ Sambiya lodge ( FB)
DAY 4: Murchison Falls National Park. Today will have another game drive looking for wildlife. Your game drive in the morning will also take place in the northern bank of river taking different tracks where to see game life like elephants, giraffes, antelopes, lions, leopards, hyenas and many bird species are a common sight. In the afternoon, you will also use different boat cruise on the River Nile to Albert Delta viewing variety of game that throng along banks of the river. You will see animals like schools of hippos, crocodiles and many species of birds. Dinner and overnight at Parra Safari Lodge/ Pakuba Safari lodge/ Sambiya lodge FB.
DAY 5: Murchison Falls Np - Fort Portal (Kibale Np). Morning after breakfast proceed to Fort Portal /Kibale Np with packed lunch. Drive in one of the remotest parts of this country enjoying different forest environment and other savannah woodland vegetation plus communities along the road stop where you find local market to mix briefly with local people. Arrival will be a in the evening enjoy nice views of the mountains of the moon on clear days, Continue to Kibale National Park where you will settle in at Primate Lodge luxury tent facilities/ Ndali lodge / Turaco tree tops. Dinner and overnight. FB.
DAY 6: Kibale Forest National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park After breakfast visit Kanyanchu the park headquarter offices for your chimpanzee tracking where you will see other primates like the colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys plus other primates that share this forest with chimpanzees. The park also hosts over 320 species of birds including the yellow spotted nectar, yellow rumped tinker birds etc. It also has colorful butterflies; over 256 species have been spotted. For nature lovers, the dense forest is still intact you can see trees of different species. Track chimps in their natural habitat. Kibale Forest National Park is believed to have most concentration of primates in the world. Over 13 different species of primates including chimps in this park have been recorded. After lunch drive along the foot of Mountain Rwenzori and on clear days enjoys its nice ice peaks that remain wonder on equator line. Stop for communities along the road stop where you find local market to mix briefly with local people. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge, Katala lodge/samba safari camp . FB.
DAY 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park. Early Breakfast in the morning, carryout game drive to catch-up with the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. You are likely to meet grazing hippos, elephants, lions, spotted hyenas and leopards, bushbuck, waterbuck and stripped jackal and off-course the several warthogs. After lunch take boat cruise on Kazinga channel connecting lake George and Lake Edward viewing different game lion, elephant, buffalo and many more plus plenty of birdlife. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge/Katara Lodge. FB.
DAY 8: Queen Elizabeth - Ishasha. After breakfast you will drive to Kyambura gorge to track chimpanzees for the second time. After picnic lunch, drive towards the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park. – The Ishasha sector famous for tree climbing lions. Will carry out game drive in the evening dinner and overnight at Ishasha Wilderness luxury camp/ Buffulo Lodge/ Ntugwe river lodge. DAY 9: Ishasha wildness-Bwindi National park. Morning will do a game drive looking for climbing lions and other game. After will precede to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park the home of Mountain Gorillas . It is estimated half of the world's surviving population of mountain gorillas -300 live within Bwindi boundaries. Highlands once known as Switzerland of Africa before the drop of the Western Rift Valley. Dinner and overnight at Engagi lodge/ silver back lodge /Gorilla Forest Camp. FB.
DAY 10: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Early morning breakfast and head for gorilla trekking with guides together and other tourists trackers on this day. The trek is strenuous but enjoyable. This is the major tourist attraction in Bwindi Np. Carry packed lunch with you that will have at picnic site in the forest. The thrill of your encounter with these gentle giants will erase your difficulties of the potentially strenuous trek. Spend time in awe watching gorillas go about their activities. Each encounter is different and has its own rewards. You are likely to enjoy a close view of adults feeding, grooming and resting as the youngsters frisk from vines in a delightfully playful display. Return from tracking gorillas, have dinner and overnight at Engagi lodge/ Silver back lodge/Gorilla Forest Camp. FB.
DAY 11: Bwindi Np to Rwanda (Musanzi Town) After breakfast at your leisure will be driven to Rwanda. Enjoy this Switzerland of Africa scenery. After lunch drive to Kisoro and cross border to Rwanda through Kyanika.
DAY 12: Gorilla tracking Park des Volcans. Day for gorilla tracking in Parc National des Volcans (PNV) located in the northern part of Rwanda. Volcanic mountain ranges of Muhavura where about over 340 mountain gorillas find their natural habitat. Morning will be driven to the park headquarters after briefing start off the adventure with trackers. There are 22 habituated gorilla families - Amahoro, "Group 13", Sabinyo and Susa - etc each of the groups allows up to 8 people per day. You will track either family to be allocated. Tracking gorillas may take 2- 6 hours depending on the movements of these primates. After tracking will be led back to park headquarters. Diner and overnight at Lieco hotel/ Chez lando/ Kigali Serena Hotel .
DAY 13: Kigali - Lake Bunyonyi . After breakfast will be driven to Kigali City the main administrative and economic centre of Rwanda. With an ever green feel of fresh air,it is the cleanest face isher fortune; it is this dramatic beauty from which its name is derived. There are, however, other factors; Kigali is a city that delights the mind as well as the eye of any visitor. It is the city where the past lives comfortably with the present. You will have the opportunity to see the following: Visit an artisan shopping centre for local arts and crafts shopping. Visit the Kigali Museum and learn the history of Kigali's and Rwanda's pre-colonial and colonial period as well as the colonial masters in Rwanda. Visit the city and see firsthand the post genocide development and expansion of Kigali. Visit the 1994 Kigali Genocide Memorial site in Gisozi. After lunch cross into Uganda again drive to Lake Bunyonyi located in the center of many hills. Enjoy the good scenery of the area and overnight at Bushara jsland/ Bird nest / overland camp/ Bunyonyi Rock Hotel/Heritage Lodge. FB.
DAY 14: Lake Bunyonyi - Lake Mburo. Morning take a boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi a seeing plenty of bird life and visiting communities as they go their daily activities. Enjoy this Switzerland of Africa scenery. Drive to Lake Mburo national park/ Mbarara town. Lunch is fore seen en-route- transfer to Lake Mburo. Dinner and overnight at Mantana tinted tent/ Rwakoob Rocks/Mihingo Lodge.
DAY 15: Lake Mburo Np. After Breakfast take a game drive and boat ride on lake Mburo proceed to Kampala. Stopover on your way could be for Ankole grassland where long horned cattle are commonly sighted. A stopover at Equator Uganda crossing and Mpambire drum makers for a brief photo opportunity and to shop Souvenirs. Continue to Entebbe Town and overnight will be at The Boam Guest House/ Serena Hotel
DAY 16: Airport Transfer. After breakfast will be transferred to Entebbe airport for your home bound flight.
End of Safari.
