11 DAYS WILD EXPERIENCE:
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe airport and transfer to Hotel. Meet by Topi Tours drive guide and transfer to the lodge/hotel. Accommodation at Boma guest house or Airport view guest house or Karibu Guest Houst. (B/L/D)
Day 2 Entebbe – Zziwa Rhino sanctuary and MFNP. Morning breakfast, drive to Murchison falls National park and along the way you will stop at ziwa Rhina sanctuary. This conservation project was re-established for the Rhino population in Uganda which was declared extinct in 1984. Have a nature walk to the Rhino, where you may reach the within 50 meters of the white Rhino. The introductions of the black Rhinos are in place as well. Have lunch and drive to Murchison falls National Park. Accommodation: Parra safari lodge or pakuba safari lodge. (B/L/D)
Day 3- MFNP-Game Drive and Lunch Cruise. After an early break fast, proceed for the game drive. This is a beautiful drive a cross savannah, Borassus Palm Forest grassland down to lake Albert where the Albert Nile heads to the north. Drive in the open savanna in search for lions, leopard, Hyena, Buffalos, Elephant, Jackson Hartebeest, Oribi, Waterbucks, Uganda kobs, and enjoy spotting various Birds species such as the secretary bird, Black chested snake Eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagle, Carmine bee eaters and many more birds. In the afternoon, go for the a boat cruise up to the falls and hike to the falls. The Nile squeezes through a 7 meter gap and at the bottom bask huge Nile crocodiles. Drive back to the lodge by car. Accommodation: Parra safari lodge or Pakuba Lodge. (B/L/D).
Day 4- Murchison Fulls National Park – Kibale National Park. Early morning breakfast, proceed for Kibale National park renowned for the greatest variety and the concentration of Primates in East Africa for the chimpanzee trekking. Kanyankyo is the visit’s center where you will meet the ranger guides to escort you to different groups with a maximum of 6 persons. The range guides will brief you about the guided nature walk in the tropical forest in search for the closed friends – Chimpanzees and jt is great moment of your safari!! The rangers are very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions about the forest and the chimps. Jan Goodall Institute has been assisting Uganda wildlife Authority with the training of the rangers. Dinner and overnight at Primate lodge or Ndali lodge or Turaco tree tops.
Day 5- Kibale National park – Queen Elizabeth National park. Morning breakfast, check out from the hotel/lodge and then drive to Kanyanchu tourist center in Kibale National Park for the guide primate walk in the Tropical forest in search of wild chimpanzees. The lunch will be a picnic before the trekking. After the forest primat walk, we head to mweya-Queen Elizabeth National Park. (QENP) – approx. 5hrs Drive. Covering distance of about 170km. On your way to Mweya you will pass Kasese town and stop at the equator for a traditional picture. Dinner and over night at Kingfisher/Mweya asafari lodge / Simba safari camp or Katara safari Lodge. (B/L/D). The Rwenzori Mountain lie along the western border of Uganda and rise to the height of 5125 meters. They form a magnificent landscape of non-volcanic mountains, 120 kilometers long and 48 kilometers wide. The so-called mountain of the moon were formed from a sigle block during the creation of the western arm of the Great East African Rift valley ( Albert Rift)
Day 6- QENP- Game Drive and Launch Cruise: Early morning breakfast and game drive, back for lunch. In the afternoon go for the boat cruise on kazinga channel. Queen Elizabeth is one of the highest bio-diversity rating of any game park in the world. – from the open sevannah to Rain forest, dense papyrus, swamps and brooding crater lakes. There are almost 80 mammal spacies that includes lions, Elephants, leopard, Buffaloes, Hippos, spotted Hyenas and Giant forest hogs. Primates includes chimps, Black and white colobus monkeys,olive Baboons, Red colobus monkeys and Red tailed monkeys. Reptilers are the amazing Rock – python, puffadders, spitting cobras, Gabon rippers, Green mambas etc.. Dinner and over night at Mweya safari lodge or Katala lodge or Kingfisher lodge, Mweya sasfari Lodge. (B/L/D)
Day 7 QENP- Jshasha Wildness Sector ( tree clambing Lions). Morning game drives through the jshasha, the southern part of the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Watch huge buffalo and Elephant herds in their movement to DRC and many more wild animals. Jshasha wildness sector is well known for the tree climbing lions. Back for lunch and in the afternoon, we proceed back for another game drive vie the Hippo pool. Accommodation Jshasha wildness camp or Buffalo Safari lodge. (B/L/D)
Day 8 – Jshasha wildness – Lake Mburo National park. After break fast, Depart for Lake Mburo National park a home of Zebras, Buffalos, Uganda kobs and the savannah Grass land. Have a game drive as you enter the park to the lodge. This diversity of habitats has the diversity of bird life with 313 birds species recorded in the park, including flame heads barbet, Zitting cisticola, African Bins Rail, Collared Barbet among others. Accommodation: Muhingo lodge or Accardia cottages Rwakoob Rocks. B/L/D. Day 9- Lake Mburo NP- Nature Walk. Early cup of coffee, have a morning guide nature walk in the savannah wood and grass land, return to the lodge for full breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon have a boat cruise on Lake Mburo for the African finfoot. Dinner and overnight, Accommodation: Muhingo lodge or Accardia cottages Or Rwakoob Rocks. B/L/D.
Day 10 - Lake Mburo – Entebbe Town. After breakfast, Drive to Entebbe, make a stopover at the Equator for taking photos, lunch and proceed to Entebbe through Kampala. Accommodation: Boma Guest house or Karaibu Guest House/ Airport view guest house.
Day 11 – Entebbe Town – Mabamba wetland and Departure. Early breakfast, Drive to mabamba wetland for the shoe bill and birding too. Back for lunch and later drive to the airport for departure.
